Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms. If these terms are broken, you may be blacklisted and prevented from commissioning me in the future. These terms apply to past, present and future commissions of all kinds.I reserve the right to update these terms at my discretion, refuse or cancel a commission for any reason, and update my prices at any time. I reserve the right to charge additional fees based on complexity of character, scene or background.
You must be 18 or older to order a commission.
I do not make art for racists, homophobes, transphobes, zoophiles, pedophiles, bigots, etc.

For my own protection and mental wellbeing, messages from private Twitter accounts will be ignored unless I know who you are. I apologize for any inconvenience.Please do not reach out to my spouse to inquire about or discuss my commissions, prices, terms, etc.

General
-Commission openings and details will typically be announced via Twitter (@creamy_roux). Slots are generally not first come first serve
-Prices are listed in USD. Payments must be made in full up-front via Paypal. I will only begin work once payment has been received and cleared
-You may not commission work of a character that you do not have permission to use. By agreeing to these terms, you agree that you yourself own and/or have the owner's permission to utilise said character(s)
-You will receive WIPS for approval throughout the process. While you may ask for small alterations at any time, large changes past the flat color phase (change in character, pose, color, background, etc) may incur additional fees depending on size/complexity of change (WIPs will not be sent for ych's, however I will send a copy of the final image for approval before finalizing in case small alterations are needed.)
-You will receive one watermarked .png file of the finished work. I will not give out the Clip Studio files or unwatermarked art.
-You may not alter or edit the art in any way
-You may not attempt to cover or remove my watermark
-Commissions are typically limited to SFW themes unless specifically stated otherwise
-Artistic/non-sexualized nudity may be accepted at my discretion, and client must provide proof of age.
-Auctions for ych's, adopts, commission slots, etc. may fall outside of my standard price list. Winners of an auction must be ready to pay in full within 48 hours of an auction's end.
-I reserve the right to run sales or discount prices at my discretionTerms and Conditions
-My art may not be used or sold for commercial purposes or profit
-My art may not be used or sold for NFT purposes
-My art may not be used or sold for use in AI programs
-I reserve the right to use and display commissioned works on social media for self-promotion at any time unless client specifically requests otherwise at time of purchase
-You may post commissioned work to social media as long as the image has not been cropped or altered to remove my watermark. The watermark does not have to be visible if used as an icon or banner on social media, provided you do not claim the work as your own.
-Adopts may be sold or traded. Adopts may not be sold for more than the original purchase price unless there is additional art included.
-You may not use my art (personal, commissioned, ychs, etc) for profit (stickers, prints, merch, etc.)
-You may use commissioned work to print stickers, etc., for personal useCancellations and Refunds
-I do not offer refunds once work has been completed.
-A partial refund may be provided if work has already begun, however refunds will not be negotiated once a work is more than 75% complete.

-military themes/characters in uniform
